BOOKING PROCEDURE
30% of the total amount of the tours (50% for Fishing trip, Decameron & Embera - 100% for canal transit and Isla Barro Colorado) is required for booking and the balance is due on the day of the tour (you might have to pay less than agreed if other guests join your tour;-)

CANCELLATION POLICY
Total
refund only with a minimum notice of 1 month before the date of the tour.
50% refund with a notice of up to 3 weeks before
the
date of the tour.
20% refund with a notice from 3 weeks up to 2 weeks before the
date of the tour.
No refund can be applied if you cancel 2 weeks prior to the date
of
the tour.
Bank expenses will be retained
along with
US$20 for handling
fees.
