BOOKING PROCEDURE
30% of the total amount of the tour is required for booking a private tour or US$20 per person for reserving a seat. The balance is due on the day of the tour.
Form of payments: Bank transfer in our account in Florida (checks 6 weeks before arrival), Western Union (you can pay with Visa or Master Card on-line) or Money Gram
Due to our intimate size...we unfortunately don't accept credit cards.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Total
refund only with a minimum notice of 1 month before the date of the tour.
50% refund with a notice of up to 3 weeks before
the
date of the tour.
20% refund with a notice from 3 weeks up to 2 weeks before the
date of the tour.
No refund can be applied if you cancel 2 weeks prior to the date
of
the tour.
Bank expenses will be retained
along with
US$20 for handling
fees.
