BOOKING PROCEDURE
For booking send us an e-mail with
your date of arrival, date of departure, total number of persons.
We
respond to all e-mails within 12 hours (depending on your time zone).
If you do not receive a response from us, the e-mail might have been lost. Please re-send the e-mail or call us.
30% of the total amount of the stay or one night'
stay is required for booking, whichever is
greater.
Form of payments: Bank transfer
in our account in Florida
(US checks
- 6 weeks before arrival
and International Money Order - 1 month before arrival),
Money Gram (you can pay
on-line)
or Western Union.
Due to our intimate size...we
unfortunately
don't accept credit cards.
Balance will be due in cash or in traveler's checks
upon check-in.
No additionnal costs are to be applied to the rates of our Guest House.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to our
intimate size any cancellation affects us significantly...therefore
we advise you to buy a travel insurance to cover your costs.
(Nights that have been booked have to be paid in full
unless we can re-book)
Total
refund
(- US$50 handling
fees)
only with a minimum notice of 1 month before arrival.
50% refund with a notice of up to 3 weeks before arrival.
20% refund with a notice from 3 weeks up to 2 weeks before arrival.
No refund can be applied if you cancel 2 weeks prior the date of your
arrival unless we
can re-book.
(No
refund for cancellation of days which are a portion of your stay)
Bank expenses will be retained.
