	BOOKING PROCEDURE For booking send us an e-mail with your date of arrival, date of departure, total number of adults and ages of the children (at the time of venue). 30% of the total amount of the stay is required for booking. Form of payments: Bank transfer or Western Union. Sorry...we don't accept credit cards. Full payment will be due in cash upon check-in. No additionnal costs are to be applied to the rates of Patty's Rooms. Departure time before 10 A.M. (Luggage storage after check-out available whenever possible) CANCELLATION POLICY Total refund only with a minimum notice of 1 month before arrival. 50% refund with a notice of up to 3 weeks before arrival. 20% refund with a notice from 3 weeks up to 1 week before arrival. No refund can be applied if you cancel 1 week prier the date of your arrival. Bank expenses will be retained.
