BOOKING PROCEDURE
30% (or equivalent to 1 night minimum) of the total amount of the stay is required for the reservation.
For the condos the
balance of the stay is due
45 days
prior to arrival date.
Form of payments:
Bank transfers (Florida Bank for our U.S. guests or Belgium Bank
for our European guests), electronic checks, US checks,
Money Order,
Money Gram
or
Western Union.
Sorry...we don't accept credit cards (Panama is not a fully operated
country with PayPal yet and since we are not Americans we can't use our
U.S. bank account).
For the last 10 years our guests have used this form of payment without
a glitch...we know it is an inconvenience but we make up for it by
giving you high-end accommodations at a bargain price...feel free to
compare us;-)
SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A security/damage
deposit of US$250 is required upon reception of the keys (only
applies to our short term rentals) for any eventual damage or
breakage that may occur during your stay.
Upon check out the amount is refunded, unless it has to be used
partly or fully for any damage, replacement of items found missing
or for extra cleaning.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to our
intimate size any cancellation affects us significantly...therefore
we advise you to buy a travel insurance to cover your costs.
For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of
$50.00.
For cancellations
between
90 days and 45
days
prior to arrival
date 15% of the
total amount of the rent will be retained.
There are no refunds for cancellations less than
45 days prior to arrival unless we
can re-book the exact same dates and
will reimburse you proportionally to the days we manage to re-book (-US$50
fee)
We don't want to make
money off cancellations but also don't want to be losing out since
this is our income...you can be assured that we will do our best to
re-book.
There will be
no refund for
cancellation of days which are a portion of your stay.
Bank expenses will be retained.
